 *We advise sending your device with Registered Post so that it arrives safely.

Please note, you will need to:

• Remove all passwords. • Remove your sim cards.• Remove any data stored on your phone or back it up. ViberStore will not be responsible for any loss of data.

• Remove your account details, i.e. iCloud or Google accounts.

(This is extremely important for ViberStore to be able to carry out the repair).

• Remove all accessories, i.e. cases, screen protectors, charging

Cables, charger plugs. (ViberStore will not be responsible for the loss of accessories sent with your device).

• Please make sure to package your device up safely. The better you pack the safer it will be. (We will not be responsible for any damage occurred in transit).

IMPORTANT: A repair can take up to 48 hours to complete. Please allow our technicians the time they require to finish the repair effectively.

The sales team cannot influence this repair time. When the repair is completed, you will be contacted.

Warranty Voids

The device will not be in warranty if there has been any physical or liquid damage. This includes cracks, dents, bends, etc.

Devices returned with passwords still active will unfortunately have to be returned and will lead to you having to pay to ship back in again.

WEEE Management - ViberSTORE

ViberStore will take back your WEEE on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis, free of charge at the time of delivery or at any one of our store(s) nationwide. Waste batteries are taken back in store on a one-for-zero basis (i.e. no purchased required) as long as they are of equivalent type to that sold by us. WEEE and waste batteries can also be returned to your local civic amenity site free of charge. At ViberSTORE we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase made from (our “website”).

We recommend you read our Returns Policy prior to you making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your legal rights and remedies.

We also advise that you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Consumer contracts are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 (as amended) (“the Act”) and other applicable legislation.

Under the Act the purchaser of goods has a number of rights, including that:

A.Goods must be of merchantable quality – goods should be of reasonable quality taking into account what they are meant to do, their durability and their price.

B.Goods must be fit for their purpose – they must do what they are reasonably expected to do.

C.Goods must be as described - the buyer must not be misled into buying something by the description of goods or services given orally by a salesperson or an advertisement.

These rights cannot be excluded and are in addition to any extended warranty you may purchase or any voluntary manufacturer’s warranty you may be given.

Your Right to Cancel your Order (Right of Withdrawal)

As per the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, if you wish to return goods you have purchased from our website, you can notify us by emailing or by returning the goods to your local store. While you can inspect the goods, please note the goods must not have any data inputted on them, they must be in their original packaging, they must not have been used and or they must not have been installed. You will be responsible for the cost to return the goods to us. If you have purchased an Apple product it is your responsibility to ensure you have removed your Apple ID & All passwords associated with the device. If returned without removal, Viberstore reserve the right to refuse the refund. And it is on the onus of the consumer to collect their device.

While the item(s) are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of them. They must be in perfect condition and returned in their original and undamaged packaging.

Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method that was used for the original order and will be issued once the goods have been returned to us. Please be aware that we will refund your delivery cost only if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. faulty product or incorrectly shipped) and that if you wish to return an order due to a change of mind you will be responsible for all delivery costs when returning goods to a store or a warehouse. In addition, a fee may apply, where the item(s) returned have diminished in value through handling the item beyond what is necessary to inspect the features and characteristics of the item(s).

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods are delivered to you are damaged, please contact the Returns Department at within 24 hours (1) day of delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.


Refunds will be made by us via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase. Refunds will normally be processed within 3 - 5 working days days of receipt by us of the returned goods (as set out herein) or cancellation of the Order as the case may be.

Return of Faulty Goods

Warranty: Your warranty does not cover Physical or Liquid damage to your device. If you return a phone and physical or accidental damage has accrued, Unfortunately Viberstore Technical team are unable to carry out any repairs under warranty. Example you break your screen but report you’re not happy with the battery life. Your warranty would be voided due to the physical damage accrued. If you return a device and our technical team open to repair and its clearly noticed liquid damage has accrued, Unfortunately Viberstore Technical team are unable to carry out any repairs under warranty.

Note: Your product must be reported and returned before the expirers of your purchase date of 6- or 12-month warranty. 

Note: If your product is reported faulty within the first 7days of receiving the goods, Viberstore will reimburse up to €5.00 through the payment gate you used and this is the maximum amount via PayPal or Card. It’s your responsibility to return the goods to Viberstore by logging online into your account and reporting the return, the system will generate a Returns number where you need to print and place with your device when returning. Viberstore insist you should remove all data phone your device and remove your password and Apple iD or Google iD. On the event the phone will no longer switch on, please write these details down and send with the phone so our technical team can remove the data for you. We then strongly suggest you set up a new password. It is not ViberStore responsibility to chase the customer for the relevant passwords to move forward on their repair and this may result in a delay of your device been fixed or exchanged if you have not properly followed the process.

Our returns policy is always: 

1.Repair: we will carry out the quality control and if a fault is found we will try repair first. 

2.Replace: On the event we are unable to repair a device we may choose to replace it at the desecration of our Technical team, On the event we have already carried out two attempts to repair a device and the same problem has reoccurred our technical team will automatically offer to Replace the device or offer a Refund.

3.Refund: On the event our technical team has offered a Replacement device but the client wishes to choose refund, you will be refunded for the device only. On the event we don’t have a replacement device in stock for any given reason our technical team reserve the right to offer a refund to the client.

Repair of Faulty Goods

Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description. But always our aim is to have the product back to the customer ASAP.

If any goods that you return are capable of retaining user generated data such as files stored on an iPad hard drive, telephone numbers stored on a mobile phone and songs stored on a portable media player, the replacement or repair of the goods may result in loss of the data. In these circumstances, we recommend you back up data to prevent data loss, and remove sensitive or confidential data, as a party assessing and/or repairing your goods may be required to view data in the course of carrying out the assessment. We will not be responsible for any data loss.

In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
