This Refunds and Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures if you wish to return an item purchased from ViberStore. It complies fully with Irish consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
1. Our 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns Guarantee
We want you to be confident in your purchase. That is why ViberStore offers a 30-day return period on all phones and iPads purchased online. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your device within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns within Ireland are completely free of charge. We provide a pre-paid return label for eligible orders.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. You then have 14 days to return the item once we approve your request.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email returns@viberstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your full name, order number, and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid return label and return instructions.
Devices must:
- Be fully reset and logged out of all accounts (e.g. iCloud, Google).
- Be returned in the same condition as received.
- Include original packaging and cable (if supplied).
- Not include accessories such as cases or screen protectors (these are non-refundable).
3. Refund Timeframe and Method
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.
- Delivery costs are refunded only if the item was faulty or incorrect.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within a short period, please email returns@viberstore.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, and
- We will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exclusions and Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a partial refund in the following cases:
- Items returned after 30 days without prior agreement.
- Devices showing signs of physical or liquid damage.
- Devices returned incomplete or with missing packaging/accessories.
- Products that have been used in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to examine their features and functionality.
6. WEEE Recycling
We offer free like-for-like recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) at the time of delivery or in-store. We also accept waste batteries for recycling without any purchase requirement.
