Warranty
Every device purchased from ViberStore between 1 October and 25 December 2026, inclusive, comes with a 15-month warranty. Devices purchased outside this promotional period come with our standard 12-month warranty.
Our warranty covers qualifying hardware and software faults arising under normal use. If a covered fault occurs, we'll arrange a repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty terms. Accidental damage, liquid damage and damage caused by unauthorised repairs are not covered by our voluntary warranty.
Battery warranty
Every device includes a 90-day commercial battery warranty covering qualifying battery faults. Battery health is tested before dispatch. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected: a battery fault occurring after 90 days may still qualify for a remedy under Irish consumer law.
Your consumer rights
Our warranties are provided in addition to your statutory rights under Irish consumer law and do not limit or replace those rights.

About product
Refurbished OPPO Reno12 Pro 5G
Triple 50MP cameras, AI smarts and a sleek design — for less.
The OPPO Reno12 Pro 5G is one of the most camera-capable phones in its class. All three of its cameras — main, telephoto and front-facing — are 50MP, which is still a rarity at this price point. With OIS on the main sensor, AI portrait tools, Live Photo and 4K video, it's a phone built for people who take their photography seriously but don't want to pay flagship prices for it.
The 6.7-inch AMOLED display is bright and fluid at 120Hz with HDR10+ support, and the slim 7.4mm body is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 — one of the toughest glass panels available. IP65 dust and water resistance adds everyday peace of mind. At just 180g, it's light and comfortable to use for extended periods.
The Dimensity 7300 chip with 12GB RAM keeps performance smooth across gaming, multitasking and day-to-day use. The 5000mAh battery handles a full day with ease, and 80W SUPERVOOC charging brings it from flat in around 46 minutes. Running Android 14 with ColorOS 14, it also ships with a practical set of AI features including AI Eraser, AI Portrait and AI Best Face for group shots.
Every OPPO Reno12 Pro 5G at ViberStore is professionally refurbished, fully tested and backed by the ViberStore warranty. All devices have a minimum 80% battery capacity, pass a 30-point inspection and are PhoneCheck certified. All grades and storage sizes available to order.
