Warranty
Every device purchased from ViberStore between 1 October and 25 December 2026, inclusive, comes with a 15-month warranty. Devices purchased outside this promotional period come with our standard 12-month warranty.
Our warranty covers qualifying hardware and software faults arising under normal use. If a covered fault occurs, we'll arrange a repair or replacement in accordance with our warranty terms. Accidental damage, liquid damage and damage caused by unauthorised repairs are not covered by our voluntary warranty.
Battery warranty
Every device includes a 90-day commercial battery warranty covering qualifying battery faults. Battery health is tested before dispatch. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected: a battery fault occurring after 90 days may still qualify for a remedy under Irish consumer law.
Your consumer rights
Our warranties are provided in addition to your statutory rights under Irish consumer law and do not limit or replace those rights.

About product
Refurbished OPPO Reno13 5G
The sweet spot — premium build, powerful performance, sensible price.
The OPPO Reno13 5G hits a compelling middle ground in the Reno13 lineup. With the same powerful Dimensity 8350 chip and IP69 water resistance as the Pro, but in a more compact 6.59-inch form at a lower price point, it's the model that makes the most sense for the majority of buyers — delivering everything you actually need without paying for features you won't use every day.
The 120Hz AMOLED display is vivid and smooth, performance is fast and responsive with up to 16GB RAM on board, and the 5600mAh battery paired with 80W SUPERVOOC charging means you're rarely caught short. OPPO's ColorOS 15 runs on top of Android 15 and the phone is covered by software updates through to 2031 — giving you six years of support from launch.
On the back is a dual camera setup with a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultrawide, both capable of producing sharp, detailed shots across a range of conditions. AI camera features including Night Portrait, Live Photo and AI image eraser are all included, and video shoots up to 4K at 60fps.
Every OPPO Reno13 5G at ViberStore is professionally refurbished, fully tested and backed by the ViberStore warranty. All devices have a minimum 80% battery capacity, pass a 30-point inspection and are PhoneCheck certified. All grades and storage sizes available to order.
