Are refurbished iPhones reliable?
Yes. Every iPhone we sell passes a 70-point inspection, is PhoneCheck certified, has its data wiped and is unlocked. It also comes with our warranty and 30-day returns, so you're covered if anything isn't right.
What battery health will my iPhone have?
Every iPhone has at least 80% battery health. The battery is also covered by our warranty for 90 days.
Which grade should I choose?
Grades only describe how the phone looks. Choose Excellent if you want it to look like new, Very Good for minor marks only visible under direct light, or Good for the lowest price. See our grades guide for details.
How long is the warranty?
12 months as standard. iPhones bought between 1 October and 25 December 2026 come with a 15-month warranty. Your warranty length is recorded on your order.
Will the iPhone work on my network?
Yes. Every iPhone is unlocked, so it works on any network. Insert your SIM or set up eSIM and you're ready to go.
Which iPhone model should I buy?
A standard model suits everyday use. Choose a Pro if camera quality matters most, or a Pro Max for the biggest screen and longest battery life. Go for 256GB or more if you keep lots of photos and videos. Not sure? Ask our team.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free and takes 2 to 3 working days. Express delivery is €5.99 for 1 to 2 working days. Dublin same-day delivery is €9.99 for orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Saturday.
Can I return my iPhone?

Can I see an iPhone before I buy?
Yes. Visit our Dublin showroom at Unit 16, Oak Road Business Park, Dublin 12, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm.
What is the difference between refurbished and new?
A refurbished iPhone is a genuine Apple iPhone that has been used before, then inspected, data wiped and graded by our team in Dublin. It costs less than new, and buying refurbished keeps a working phone in use instead of a new one being made.
