📦 How to Return

1. Email returns@viberstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. If eligible, we’ll issue a pre-paid return label and return instructions.
3. Before sending it back, make sure the device:
   • Is fully reset and logged out of all accounts (iCloud, Google etc.).
   • Contains no accessories (cases, chargers etc.).
   • Is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

✅ 30-Day Returns Policy

• Notify us within 14 days, and return the item within 30 days of delivery.
• Device must be in the same condition it was received:
  • No physical or liquid damage.
  • Fully wiped, factory reset, and logged out of all accounts.
  • Returned with original packaging and cable.
• Accessories are not eligible for return or refund.

🚨 Damaged or Faulty on Arrival?

Contact us within 24 hours if your item arrives damaged or faulty. We'll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.

🔧 Warranty & Repairs

• Warranty excludes physical or water damage.
• Repairs typically take 48 hours once we receive your item.
• Devices may be repaired with or replaced by refurbished parts.

💳 Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after inspection.
• Delivery costs are only refunded if we sent a faulty or incorrect item.

♻️ WEEE Recycling

We accept free like-for-like WEEE returns at time of delivery or in-store. Waste batteries can also be returned without purchase.
