📦 How to Return

Email returns@viberstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
If eligible, we’ll issue a pre-paid return label and return instructions.
Before sending it back, make sure the device:
- Is fully reset and logged out of all accounts (iCloud, Google etc.).
- Contains no accessories (cases, chargers etc.).
- Is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Device must be in the same condition it was received:
