📦 How to Return

Email returns@viberstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
If eligible, we’ll issue a pre-paid return label and return instructions.
Before sending it back, make sure the device:
- Is fully reset and logged out of all accounts (iCloud, Google etc.).
- Contains no accessories (cases, chargers etc.).
- Is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Notify us within 14 days, and return the item within 30 days of delivery.
Device must be in the same condition it was received:
- No physical or liquid damage.
- Fully wiped, factory reset, and logged out of all accounts.
- Returned with original packaging and cable.
Accessories are not eligible for return or refund.
