Register to European Right to Repair still loading 30 Sept!

In the past few months, the right to repair has been hitting the news. Despite some encouraging progress at EU level, repair is still far from being easy, cheap and accessible for everyone.

As part of Fixfest 2022, join us on Friday 30th of September 9h30 to 12h30 in Brussels or online for an exciting discussion between the repair community, innovative tech start-ups, environmental NGOs and EU policy-makers! EU policies can be instrumental in overcoming remaining barriers to repair and we need them to deliver on the promises of the EU Green Deal! We will denounce remaining obstacles to repair and dive into the environmental savings and socio-economic opportunities that transitioning out of the throw-away economy of electronics can bring to Europe.

…And in the afternoon join our Right to Repair protest in Brussels!

September 2022 is a crucial month for the right to repair in Brussels.

Join our protest to keep the pressure high and attract visibility to the cause. We want to send a clear message to EU policy-makers: EU citizens are fed-up of waiting for the right to repair their devices.

On Friday 30 September from 16h00 to 17h30 we will gather on the Place René Cliquet, Bruxelles, 1050 BE. Please sign up below for updates and info on how best to get involved.

ViberStore are on a mission to make refurbished electronics mainstream by supporting consumers to buy smart, not new. However for devices to last longer, they need to be more repairable.

Our mission

ViberStore has  been growing the largest Circular Economy company here in Ireland, running now for 7 years and over 120,000 Happy Customers.

An estimated 500 Million smartphones are either hibernating in European homes or thrown to waste once replaced with new devices. This results in recycling less than 15% of phones. At ViberStore, we hope to reduce e-waste and improve the circular economy by refurbishing old phones to function like new. Joining Right to Repair is another step in our mission to save the world by contributing to the circular economy. You can follow the work of the campaign by signing up to their newsletter.
