Excellent
Phones graded as "Excellent" are top-tier refurbished devices that show barely any signs of use. They could easily be mistaken for brand new products, as they exhibit minimal to no signs of cosmetic imperfections. These phones have been carefully tested and refurbished to ensure they meet the highest standards of functionality and appearance. Choosing an Excellent grade phone means enjoying a like-new device without the premium price tag.
Very Good
Our "Very Good" grade phones are a fantastic middle-ground option. These devices may show light signs of wear such as small scratches or minimal scuffs. They are perfect for buyers looking for a great device at a lower price, without compromising on functionality or overall cosmetic appearance. Each Very Good grade phone undergoes rigorous testing to guarantee it meets our performance standards.
Good
The "Good" grade is ideal for customers interested in functionality over form and looking for the most economical option. These phones are fully functional but will show signs of wear such as scratches, scuffs, or other noticeable marks. Delivery
Ireland:
- Orders placed before 2PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day for next-day delivery via our courier partners UPS and DHL. Please check your tracking for further information.
- Standard delivery cost: €7.50 (Incl. VAT) but we have a promotion now in 2024 and offer Free Delivery across Ireland and Europe.
Europe:
- Orders placed before 12PM Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day for delivery with UPS or DHL couriers. Delivery times may vary, please check your tracking for detailed information.
Tracking & Dispatch:
- Packages are dispatched the same day after receipt of payment and shipped via UPS, DHL or Xpect Same Day, depending on your location, with a fully insured courier service.
- A tracking link will be provided upon dispatch to monitor your package online.
- Special care is taken to protect fragile items during packaging.
Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs.
- We advise grouping items in one order to minimize shipping fees. Separate orders will incur individual shipping fees.
Delivery Limitations:
- During peak seasons such as Christmas and Black Friday, delivery times may be longer due to high demand. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.
- Delivery is only available to residential or business addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or similar locations.

Easy Returns with ViberStore
At ViberStore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return a product purchased from our website, we make it simple and hassle-free. Here’s how you can initiate a return:
How to Return Your Product:
- To initiate a return, please email returns@viberstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with a RMA number and additional returns instructions.
- Package Your Product: Before returning, ensure your iPhone or other device:
- Has no passwords or locks.
- Is free of Sim cards and personal data.
- Lacks any personal account details like iCloud or Google accounts.
- Contains no accessories such as cases, screen protectors, cables, or chargers.
- Is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
Send It Back:
- Address: Return your device to ViberStore Ireland, Unit 16, Oak Road Business Park, Oak Close, Dublin 12, D12 YX62.
- Shipping Advice: We recommend using Registered Post to ensure the safe arrival of your device.
30-Day Free Returns for Online Purchases:
- Eligibility: You are entitled to a free return within 30 days of your online purchase, provided the conditions below are met.

Condition: The device must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. This includes:
- No Physical or Liquid Damage: The device must be free from any signs of physical or liquid damage.
- Data Wipe: Ensure that all personal data is removed from the device. This includes logging out of all accounts (i.e., iCloud, Google) and performing a factory reset.
- Original Packaging: The device must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, including box and cable.
- Note: The 30-day free returns policy applies only to mobile phones and iPads. Accessories are not eligible for this policy, and refunds for accessories will not be provided if a device is returned.
- Contact Us: Email returns@viberstore.com to initiate your return and receive your pre-paid return label.
- Shipping: Attach the pre-paid return label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Important Information:
- Processing Time: Repairs may take up to 48 hours. Please allow our technicians the time needed to complete the work effectively.
- Warranty Information: The warranty does not cover physical or liquid damage, such as cracks or water exposure. Devices returned with active passwords may incur additional shipping costs for return.
Damaged Goods:
- If your device arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours at returns@viberstore.com. We will arrange for the return and replacement or refund of the damaged goods.
WEEE Management:
- We accept WEEE returns on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis at no charge at the time of delivery or at any of our nationwide stores. Waste batteries can be returned in-store without purchase.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned item, following a thorough inspection.
- Delivery costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty product or incorrect item shipped).
Additional Notes:
- If goods are capable of retaining user-generated data, please back up your data to prevent loss during the repair or replacement process.
- Goods returned for repair may be replaced with refurbished items of the same type or repaired using refurbished parts.
