I recently purchased a refurbished Apple IPhone 12 mini and received it next day. The charger was missing and I rang and spoke to a courteous gentleman who apologised and immediately dispatched same and gave a free glass protection as a gesture. Excellent customer service.

Just received my iPhone 13 pro

max yesterday. Absolutely thrilled with the phone. It is in perfect condition except for one or two hairline nicks but they are not noticeable to the naked eye unless you look extremely close along with some excess dirt around the camera lenses. This is expected though as it is a refurbished phone. However, I am absolutely delighted with it and it works perfectly. I am over the moon that I chose Viber Store.
